2. What SmallMeets Does
SmallMeets helps users discover nearby people, participate in chats, create or join meetups, and communicate with other users.
SmallMeets provides a technology platform only. We do not organize, supervise, verify, endorse, or guarantee any meetup or user.
We are not responsible for the identity, intentions, conduct, statements, or actions of users.

- you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms;
- you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law;

4. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;

You may not create an account using another person’s identity, photos, or personal information without permission.

5. Location-Based Features
SmallMeets may use your device location to show nearby users, chats, and meetups.
Your experience may depend on your current city, approximate location, or precise location where you grant permission.
You decide whether to enable location access through your device settings. Some features may not work correctly if location access is disabled.
Do not share your home address or exact live location with another user unless you understand the risks and intentionally choose to do so.
6. User Content
“User Content” includes profile information, photos, biographies, messages, meetup descriptions, links, locations, reports, and any other content submitted through SmallMeets.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By posting User Content, you grant Takebs LLP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and process that content solely as necessary to operate, improve, secure, and moderate SmallMeets.
You confirm that you have the right to upload your User Content and that it does not violate the rights of any person or applicable law.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use SmallMeets to:
- harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or intimidate another person;

12. Intellectual Property
SmallMeets, including its branding, design, interface, software, text, graphics, logos, and other materials created by Takebs LLP, is owned by or licensed to Takebs LLP.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use SmallMeets for lawful personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
13. Third-Party Services
SmallMeets may rely on or link to third-party services, such as Apple, cloud-hosting providers, subscription-management providers, notification services, maps, or external websites.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their privacy practices.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms.

- your use of or inability to use SmallMeets;
- interactions, chats, or meetups with other users;
- User Content;
- unauthorized account access;
- loss of data;
- interruptions or technical issues;
- third-party services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
16. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using SmallMeets at any time.
We may suspend or delete your account if:
- you violate these Terms;
- your conduct creates a safety or legal risk;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use;
- we are required to do so by law;
- the Service is discontinued.
Where appropriate, we may take action without prior notice to protect users or the platform.
17. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the SmallMeets Privacy Policy:
18. Changes to the Service or These Terms
We may update SmallMeets and these Terms periodically.
